or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your reservation. |

| Pregnancy |

| We can provide
specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow
our Spa Team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable
for you during this special time. |

| Homecare |
|
| To continue
your spa regime and experience at home, all Sothys products used in
the treatments are available for purchase from the spa reception. |

| Individual Cancellation
Policy |
|
| A 50% cancellation
charge will be incurred for any treatment or Sothys programmes not
cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within
12 hours will incur a 100% charge. |

| Group Cancellation
Policy |
|
| For groups
of 6 or more, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatments
or Sothys programmes not cancelled at least 14 days prior to appointment.
Cancellation within 7 days will incur a 100% charge. |
